SALT HEADS

Sculpted in clay and cast in salt for artist Kalliopi Lemos as part of her exhibition 'Passages Of Substance'.

Each abstract salt head nestles into the 3.47m long sweet chestnut wood carved boat. The work is a haunting ensemble and symbolizes a sea crossing into places unknown and the search for self-awareness.
